The actual skirt part will come over the end of the slats and be pinned in place against the inside of the bed frame.You’ll repeat this on the other side too.. After that it gets really easy.

The rest of the slats can just go in place over top of everything.The pressure of having them end to end on either side will pinch the skirt into place and keep it just where you want it.You can adjust it a bit here and there as you ad the slats, but it will mostly go right where it needs to..

The “on top” pieces just pinch the top of the skirt against the frame and allow you to keep it at a perfect length for your bed.Not too long, not too short.. And there you have it!

A perfectly skirted bed, even when you never thought it was possible.

Adding the mattress on top just keeps everything in place even better.We recently remodeled and stained our deck.

We still have a bit of work to do on that area but it really does look a million times better back there..The problem with these shutters is that they’re built right into the siding so they look really really fake.
